We use only prime grade beef. Less than 2% of beef meets these strict standards. Most steakhouses use choice, which accounts for 75% of graded beef. Choice isn’t bad, but it has significantly less marbling than prime.

Pricing includes starters, sides, and steak for 1. The steak may be split for a split plate charge that comes with additional starters and sides.

Buttermilk Chicken Tenders with Housecut Fries available and may be purchased instead of the split plate option.

Prices are inclusive of gratuity.

Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase during Steak Night.
